At New Dimensions Inc, our production team includes a Project Manager, Architect/Draftsman, and Designer, who can provide an in-depth evaluation prior to starting your home renovation project. They will scale the full space and create a set of architectural drawings. Your Project Manager will carefully review all work to be constructed and inspect all existing conditions ensuring that your project will run smoothly without any unnecessary delays. Our Architect/Draftsman will file plans and applications in order to obtain all the required approvals and building permits. Our Production Staff will then put together a complete package for your renovation. They will carefully footprint a timeline, order materials, schedule your Carpentry Crew and all trades necessary for your project to begin. Once a start date has been confirmed, the new construction can begin.
